| Q: How much time in advance should I place my order? A: For all our products we do prefer at least a week in advance so we can guarantee the availability of the products. However, if you need to make a rush order please contact us to see the possibility of having it ready in a lesser time. Q: Do you deliver? A: Yes! We are located downtown Ottawa, and we deliver for a $10 fee. Q: I like your cookies a lot but I don't live in Ottawa, do you have shipping available for cookies? A: Yes! We have a flat fee of $10 to ship cookies anywhere in Ontario and Quebec. Q: How much do you charge for shipping diaper cakes? A: We have a flat rate of $22 shipping anywhere in Quebec and Ontario. Q: I love your baby shower souvenirs, can you tell me if they come personalized and if I can make certain modifications? A: Please let us know your ideas! We love to satisfy our customers. Q: Do you take credit card, cheque, or cash? A: We do take cash upon pick up or delivery, and we also work with Paypal which one of the safest ways of paying online.
